How do I clean The Bitcoin Bottle:
The Bitcoin Bottle should be cleaned regularly. For best results we recommend washing your bottle with warm water and soap after every use. To avoid any smells developing always store your bottle with the lid removed and always dry by airing out upside down.
Try to avoid keeping the bottle submerged in water for long periods as we do not want your vacuum seal to become compromised.
The Bitcoin Bottle is NOT dishwasher safe. You risk damaging our unique gold finish and the vacuum seal can become damaged.
How to store The Bitcoin Bottle:
We do not recommend putting your Bitcoin Bottle in the refrigerator, freezer, or microwave, as it can damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.
The Bitcoin Bottle offers 12 hours of ice cold drinks as well as 6 hours of hot drinks.
Can you fly with The Bitcoin Bottle:
Yes, we encourage you to HodlYourBottle whenever you travel! The bottle is safe for travel; just ensure you have emptied out all liquids before heading to the airport.

Customs and Taxes:
VAT is included in the price of The Bitcoin Bottle.
Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping and bottle prices and is the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Brexit has caused changes in the way products are sold from the UK to the EU and some orders may be subject to import duties. These import duties are not charges from The Bitcoin Bottle as a company, they are charges from local government and are not included in our shipping and product prices. Please consult your countries import polices for more details.
Changes and Cancellations:
We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders as standard. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email contact@thebitcoinbottle.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.
Returns Policy:
Bitcoin Lifestyle Ltd trading as The Bitcoin Bottle, is a United Kingdom based company whose mission is to help spread the mass adoption of bitcoin through luxury, eco friendly consumer goods.
We are committed to providing the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy.
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.thebitcoinbottle.com
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the United Kingdom Consumer Law and regulations.
Change of mind
- If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
- in saleable condition;
- unused with all original packaging;
- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
- not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
- the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
- The Bitcoin Bottle, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
Consumer guarantees
- If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy
- If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
- The Bitcoin Bottle will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy. A photo must be provided to The Bitcoin Bottle team supporting the claim.
Return tender
- Refunds will be given using your original payment method
- If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, The Bitcoin Bottle has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
- Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
- In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
